Arun Singh has several board mandates, drawing on more than 25 years experience of international law and business advising international companies, professionals and sovereign wealth funds in the US, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. He was appointed by the Privy Council as a non-executive director of the Architects Registration Board where he sits on the Investigations Oversight Committee.
Arun's previous board appointments have included a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, the UK Government's UK Trade and Invest, a member of its Audit Committee, the International Committee of the CBI and private companies.
Arun Singh practiced law in the City of London and Hong Kong for over 25 years as associate and partner at Pinsent Masons, KPMG Legal and Salans (now Dentons), initially on international disputes and then international investments, corporate and commercial transactions in developed and emerging markets.
He now focuses on international transactions for clients, delivering public or in-house courses and consultancy on law and professional business skills to executives and professionals in the UK, and at university business schools including Cambridge, Manchester and abroad.
